Overview
When Cothelstone Manor Estate upgraded eight properties under WCI’s Nutrient Neutrality Free Upgrade Scheme, every new GRAF one2clean treatment plant needed to be commissioned correctly before going into service. That was the job of WCI Service Engineers.
The Challenge
The estate had a wide range of property types and drainage configurations. Each installation required correct commissioning, full documentation and tenant briefings – all coordinated across a multi-month programme.
The WCI Solution
WCI’s British Water Accredited and GRAF Trained Service Engineers commissioned every system to manufacturer specification, verified performance and prepared full documentation packs for each property. Each tenant was briefed on their new system.
The Outcome
All eight treatment plants commissioned and operational, delivering 15.59 kg of phosphate betterment per year for the River Tone catchment. Each property is covered by five years of free WCI Service Engineers visits as part of the scheme.
