LANGDONS BUSINESS PARK

Following enforcement by the Environment Agency, WCI was employed by Langdons Business Park to liaise with the Environment Agency, apply for an EA permit and conducted a tender process to ensure the best package sewage treatment plant was installed at the site.

The site had very little space available and a system was required that could be installed under a concreted yard capable of withstanding heavy vehicle loads.

Given very limited space, vehicle loadings and minimal noise requirements, WCI selected a 70pe WPL HiPAF Midi package sewage treatment plant capable of treating up to 210,000 litres of sewage a day. The system was complemented with a separate final effluent pumping station equipped with a duty/standby duplex pumping station.
