Our Domestic Service Contracts ensure worry-free functionality, retention of the manufacturer’s warranty and a full service history (a must have when you come to sell). All contracts are backed up by a Service Level Agreement ensuring responsive emergency call outs. WCI were the only local company to respond to a failed sewer pump at my home. As we potentially would have a back-up of sewerage, I was desperate to get the problem resolved quickly. At the arranged time Chris duly arrived, and after a lot of searching, managed to locate the failed pump, which was hidden under a gravelled driveway. The old failed pump was inspected, and a new one quickly ordered. Several days later the new pump was fitted and everything was back up and running. I was impressed with the speed and efficiency of both their engineer Chris, and the company as a whole, with excellent communication, and on-time visits. Would highly recommend.
