Garage conversion requires pump
Hendre Bach is a three-bedroom house in Somerset with a separate converted garage. In order to add shower facilities to the adjacent garage building, the installation and supply of a foul water pumping station was required to lift the sewage and waste water from the facilities in the converted garage to the existing septic tank on the property.
The solution was to install a small pumping station underground in close proximity to the garage and a pumped rising main running the short distance from the station to the septic tank. The electricity supply for the pump and high level alarm was drawn from a connection in the garage.
270 litre Xylem Micro 6 Automatic Lifting Station.
50mm MDPE discharge pipe line.
Electrical supply and installation of armoured electric cable.
Electrical connection and commissioning by Part-P certified electrician with an Electrical completion certificate issued on completion of works.
