Where does time go? Last September saw the arrival of Barry Newman as our new Service and Commissioning Engineer. With the continued expansion of WCI’s service and maintenance services, a new dedicated engineer was required to keep up our high level of customer service and responsiveness and we were lucky enough to nab Barry at the end of a Wessex Water contract.
Barry was responsible for installing, maintaining and refurbishing all elements of water treatment process plants for Anglian Water Services but after a 6 year stint working as a ‘dual skilled Craft Technician’ (whatever that is!), Barry and his partner Clare relocated to beautiful Dorset. Barry is hardworking, personable and gifted with a ‘can fix it’ and problem solving attitude – just the thing for problematic treatment plants! Naomi is looking forward to Barry’s help in growing the WCI service portfolio.
‘I have been made so welcome by WCI and instantly felt part of the team. Each day I am presented with new challenges and with the support from the rest of the team, we always find a solution that is both workable and meets all the regulatory criteria’.
