The treatment plant serves a large site and we were in regular discussion with the Environment Agency who wished to see an improvement in our discharge standards. After contacting several companies you were the only one to step forward and offer some confident practical advice, I thank you for the straight forward and honest way that you dealt with the issues we faced. You`re methodical approach and attention to detail has enabled the plant to reach its discharge consent limits for the first time since it was installed over seven years ago.

Our estate began its life as an American WW2 hospital which we took over 50 years ago. All of the effluent from that estate flowed into a sewage processing works which had been unused since wartime. The whole system was derelict, rather complex and it required electricity and a regular labour force to operate. Whilst thumbing through a magazine one day I saw an article written by Naomi Taylor about reed beds. The new system design used part of the old War Department system which catered for our own house, 3 holiday cottages and the 28 businesses who are now based on our estate. WCI designed and supervised all the work. I can honestly say that David and his daughter Naomi have been a joy to work with.

I had a very old septic tank and a failing drain field thereby besides having to pump out every 2 or 3 months, had to ration showers, wash cycles etc. To complicate matters, both were sited historically on my neighbours property, and this together with a naturally high water table, demanded a more long term and pragmatic solution to take back effluent disposal within the boundaries of my property. I was terribly impressed by WCI's website, and had a very informative chat with Naomi followed by a site visit by David who identified a solution. They arrived early and worked late and after 3 days the new plant had been installed to my complete satisfaction. We would have no hesitation of recommending them anytime.

I would like to say that I couldn't recommend WCI more highly. They did an absolute fantastic job installing a water treatment system for us in very difficult, challenging circumstances. We had a septic tank which had a failed soak-away and to make matters worse it was positioned at the bottom of our neighbours garden across the road from us. Also we live down a narrow lane at the bottom of a steep hill making access difficult. We had several quotes and WCI were very competitive and the most impressive. Brad at WCI came out and gave us fantastic solutions to our problem. He was so positive and immediately put our minds at rest. His attention to detail was fantastic along with his brilliant problem solving. Also a great bloke!

Our large country house in the Exmoor National Park possessed a sewage treatment facility built over 100 years ago to service the main house with 30 bedrooms, 22 bathrooms and 3 other former estate cottages. The system is gravity fed to a large septic tank and a series of gravel beds. We retained WCI to inspect and survey the installation, make recommendations, to modernise it and deal with the annual sludge pump out. They carried out this work quickly and economically to a standard accepted by the Environment Agency. During the last few years they have arranged a complicated sludge removal process due to the difficult to access location of our estate sewage facility in a remote field. I cannot recommend WCI enough, an excellent team of professional and experienced experts in this subject.
